Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Order Processing time is not the same as Shipping Times. Once your order is made on the website, please allow 3-5 days processing time (making & preparing your order) PLUS shipping time (depending on your location and shipping choice on checkpout). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders on busy seasons such as Mother’s Day & Christmas, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that once your order is processed and handed over to Australia Post for delivery, it is now subject to Australia Post’s Terms & Conditions and is now under their responsibility. If there is an issue with the delivery, contact Runaway Rosy via email so we can assist you by communicating with Australia Post. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility and not the seller’s (Runaway Rosy) to track your delivery and contact Australia Post when a problem arises.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Runaway Rosy ships to addresses within Australia and P.O. Boxes. Please note this is subject to Australia Post’s Terms and Conditons.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Runaway Rosy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Runaway Rosy immediately and attach photographs so we can assess the damage and apply appropriate actions to help resolve the issue. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact and file a claim to Australia Post for damaged and missing items and deliveries. Runaway Rosy will assist in the process if contacted within 24 hours after the item purchased has been received by you or has been detected missing. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please see Runaway Rosy’s Policy for more information.

International Shipping Policy

Runaway Rosy ships internationally via DHL Australia. DHL Australia partners with your country’s Domestic Postal Service. Your order will be collected by DHL Australia from Runaway Rosy and will then be subject to DHL Australia’s delivery process and Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates for International Orders

Currently, all International Shipping is included in your order. Estimated Delivery for International orders is 2-3 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s Customs and Postal Service.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Runaway Rosy is NOT responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return & Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, repair or replacement.

Due to personalisation, all personalised orders are FINAL and not returnable. Runaway Rosy does not offer refunds at this stage and offer only replacements with the same item ordered if the item is defective (see Repair or Replacement Section below). Please note that we can not accept returns or replacements for products / designs if you have made a mistake when personalising your order i.e. Wrong Font that you chose, wrong chain length that you chose, wrong spelling of names, dates or initials that you entered as you personalise your order. Please choose from the provided personalisation options carefully.

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

There are certain situations where refund, repairs or replacements cannot be done.
– Obvious signs of wear and tear from usage not from faulty product
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers are electronic and downloadable products and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Repair or Replacement

If the item you receive is defective, please contact me to discuss repair or replacement. To be eligible for repair, you must contact Runaway Rosy immediately once the product is discovered faulty. Please attach photographs of the faulty item when contacting us. To complete the repair process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If you order a chain that is too long for you and would like it altered, an Alteration Fee of $20 will be charged (shipping costs for sending back to you included here). If you incorrectly ordered a chain that is too short for your liking, I will be happy to replace it. A replacement (new chain) is $30 including shipping costs for sending the chain back to you. You will be sent an invoice for the costs and once paid, the alteration or replacement process will start. Alteration & replacement process will take approximately 5 business days. Email me at to start the process.

To return your product, email me for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Order processing will start within 24 hours upon your order is received. When processing of your order has been started, cancellation of order is no longer allowed. Contact Runaway Rosy immediately after you placed your order, if you change your mind so I can start the cancellation process. If you contact me before I start making your order, I can definitely allow cancellation but I will have to charge Restocking Costs of 20% of your total purchase amount PLUS Admin Costs of 5%.
